Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a Master's degree in Psychology or a related field
Expertise in behavior analysis, applied behavior analysis, and the development and implementation of individualized behavior management plans
Experience providing parent education and training
Strong ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, speech and occupational therapists, and mental health professionals
Experience conducting assessments of functional daily living skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills
Familiarity with evidence-based practice and data collection procedures, as well as experience with electronic health records
Experience with insurance-based reimbursement and billing procedures is a plus

Conduct initial assessments.
Complete Re-authorization BSP reports in a timely matter.
Conduct multiple assessments based off of the learners current skill repertoires.
Create client specific behavior intervention plans.
Knowledge of de-escalation strategies.
Familiarity with ABLLS-R, Vineland, VB-MAP, Socially
This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The role involves creating, overseeing, and implementing behavior management plans for children with autism and related disorders, providing parent education and training, and conducting assessments of functional daily living skills. The role also involves collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and the development and oversight of ABA Therapy programs for clinic and home-based settings in Oak Park, IL.
Registered Behavior Technician
We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals with prior experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a strong commitment to working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Ideal candidates should be organized, energetic, and compassionate, with the ability to provide one-on-one therapy in home and center-based settings. RBTs will be responsible for implementing individualized therapy programs designed and approved by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Lead Therapists to support each child's development and progress.
